Question Any fresh iPhone 5 Lightning Cable?

Only 1 cable is absolutely not enough for my iPhone 5, but really don't like paying $19 to buy a same one. There are many different types of iPhone cables when it's still the old type. Is there no something special about lightning cable now???

I can't tell what your post is trying to get at - but $19 isn't much for a cable. I bought several - one to leave at work, one to leave at my other work and one to leave at home. As for the one that came with the phone, I leave that one in my carry back in case I need it when out and about. I also bought several for my wife.

Multiple cables is a good thing - just spend a few bucks and be done with it.

I think there are loads of them on Amazon now for about $10. Not Apple, of course, but they should do the job.

The lightning cable has a chip in it to reverse the pins polarity and maybe some other voodoo to stop your device getting spiked. Apple have been very tight on licensing the connecter but 3rd party cables are available now.

It is not particularly nice getting bent over by Apple but certainly becoming accustomed to it. Their adapter and cable business sure brings in a nice of extra revenue stream !

I would second getting Apple Cables for now. There are Lic ones, but I did not see any. I looked first at the ones with the best reviews on Amazon's site (including amazons that had a fat connector). These are all knock offs.

Monoprice does not make them yet.

Good Luck

There was a big bust here (Anchorage) recently, concerning these connectors. They confiscated a huge shipment. I saw them being advertised locally on CL too.
