Fseventer and AppleScript

I need to watch filesystem changes similar way than fseventer does. I cannot use ready made apps like fseventer in this project. The problem is that i don't think this can be done using just AppleScript, so it needs some ASOC and i'm total newbie in ASOC/Cocoa.

Result would be text file which lists whats going on in internal drive and if possible, have time stamp in each row.

Anybody done this before?

I found this, but it's only for Tiger and Leopard and i use Mountain Lion:

fslogger - command line tool that subscribes to Mac OS X 10.4+ fsevents and displays file system changes
http://osxbook.com/software/fslogger/

Thanks
