Airport Extreme: Bridged Modem's Web Config

Is there any way to configure the routing tables in the Airport Extreme so that you can view a bridged modem's web interface?

When I was using DD-WRT on an old Buffalo modem I could do some magic (described here: Access to Modem Configuration) which allowed me to see the modem's configuration page as long as it was on a separate subnet.

I don't see any way to do that with an Airport Extreme.

Is there any way to look at the modem's configuration and log files?
