Cheap iPhone docks, cables, batteries

Has anyone had any experience, positive or negative, with the super cheap iPhone 5 cable stuff from Tanga?

I got this stuff, and I am hoping for the best when it arrives:

2 x iPhone 5 Lightning Charging/Sync Dock Type: White
1 x iPhone 5 Slim Rechargeable Extended Battery Case Type: White
2 x iPhone 5 Lightning Charging/Sync Dock Type: Black
1 x iPhone 5 Slim Rechargeable Extended Battery Case Type: Black
4 x 10ft iPhone 5 / iPad Mini Lightning to USB Charging/Sync Cable

There is often a reason why this 3rd-party stuff is super cheap - and it's not a good bargain. See for example: http://www.righto.com/2012/03/inside...d-why-you.html

The only official ones I am aware of Belkin, monoprice, Amazon basics. And perhaps a couple of others. I would not trust brands you have not heard of. Note that some of those brands include a photo copy or printed Apple support icon but it is of course not.

Nothing wrong, per se, with purchasing clearance items, which appears to be Tanga's style.
The prices do appear good, but why not show brand names on everything?
Looks like you're saving a lot, assuming the "original prices" are for those actual items...

And, as anthlover pointed out, there's only a small number of companies that make true Lightning accessories, so if not one of those, you are right to be suspect.

Ah, but you could also let us know what you think when you get the items.

docks: total trash
battery case: total trash
