Microphones don't work (in Skype) on Mac Mini
An intel Mac Mini, with 2 audio ports, one headset, other microphone.
I have 3 different microphones using a USB Sound adapter 7.1 Channel, and will not work on Skype, anyone have any suggestions? |

Is the problem only with Skype?
Does a microphone, connected through that adapter/sound card, provide audio signal to other apps, (example, Audacity), or to provide simple audio to the system? You can test through the System Preferences, Sound pane/Input tab. Some sound cards may need to be configured in your Audio MIDI Setup.app, in your Utilities folder. |
