iTunes Lib Management Issue

I have a large iTunes library running on a NAS device. Recently a drive in the array failed. I had to back up the files to an external HD and reformat the RAID with a new drive. Once that was done I copied the files back to the NAS and mounted it on the same path. iTunes fired up ok and for the most part it is still working but I have noticed plenty of missing tracks. I know I still have them in the lib path but they are not showing up in iTunes. this brings me to my question...

How do I search and add missing tracks to my iTunes lib when they already exist in my current library path?

The missing tracks are all mixed in with tracks that already appear in the lib. I really don't want to have to import the whole lib again as the time it takes to do so is ridiculous. Anyone got any good suggestions?
