ClamXav Mac Virus APP Email Trojan-302

Ran this app on my Lion iMac and it found a file Email Trojan-302 and placed it in my Quarantine folder. How do I delete this from the iMac?

It is an simple as moving to the trash where the file will still be on the Mac.

Ehh?
Yes, if you move a file to the trash, it's still on your Mac.

Solution:
Empty your trash.

Nice find -- obviously not a good idea to scan your mailbox folder.
