Both iMac and iPad for apps (software)?
I realized that the apps are only for iPads that I can't use on my iMac. I like some 3rd party apps that I want to use them on my iMac.
What websites that I could look up the list of apps for the iMac? |

Apple Menu -> App Store will provide the Desktop collection. Note that only a rather small percentage of iPad apps also have a desktop version.

acme.mail.order is correct. Go tp apple store for any iMac application. Infact for any Mac application you should first check apple store.

Go to the developer's website, which will have details if they make an OS X version.

I love MacUpdate. Not only does it include apps not on the App Store, but it also shows other recommended apps, and reviews.
