iTunes helps you to see how much storage space is remaining on your iPhone. It's recommended to check this before transferring songs and you can use the capacity meter near the bottom of the screen to help you.

Easier, open itunes, check the manualy manage music. Sync but don't check the sync music or anything else. You should be able to retrie the music with a copy-paste.

If not working, try senuti. It it free for under 1000 song. The full lience is 20$

If the music is purchased from iTunes you can plug in your iPhone and inside of iTunes goto File - Transfer purchases from iphone. If they are not purchased from iTunes (such as imported from CD) then you will need to transfer the music from your old computer to the new one. Just grab the iTunes music folder and import it into iTunes.
