Question Correcting character set of mp3 titles?

Does anyone know of any tools that would allow me to correct the character set in MP3 files?

The problem is that I have some MP3 files made on computers where the system character encoding was based on Russian or Chinese, so the fields are marked as being "latin1", but have some other character set being used. This means that the values appear as garbage in iTunes. If I could correct them, using some tool, then that would be great.

Looks like ID3Mod2 (available on Mac App Store) may do the job.
