Headless MacMini: Display, mouse and keyboard become unresponsive

Hello

I've been using a Mac mini 2.53GHz as a server for the last one or two years. It's running Leopard 10.5.8 and Apache-MySQL-PHP and BIND DNS Server and It's not connected to any Display and access is done it mainly through the Vine (VNC) Server. Under these conditions it works for several weeks and perhaps for several months perfectly. But after some time its display becomes blank (totally black) whether I access it through VNC Server or by connecting a Display to it. The server programs run just fine (I can access the websites on it and do DNS queries through it) When I connect a USB mouse and keyboard, it doesn't respond them either.

What to do?

Thanks.
