iphone 4s cannot email pictures on hotmail, ios 6..0.1

Hi there, I cannot seem to send pictures that I take form my iphone using email (with hotmail). I tried using 3g and wifi at home, but the picture does not seem to attach I don't know why. I shut down and restarted my phone, I deleted and reconnected to homtail on my iphone nothing seems to work suggestion ?

PS I even tried searching on fourms for this answer.

I found a PARTIAL solution to my problems.

1. go to a blak email and hold you finger down on the white screen. There it will say paste or insert video ...... you obviously insert video and it works.

NOW IF YOU DO IT THE OPPOSITE WAY IT DOES NOT WORK IE:
Going into photo gallery and pressing button with a picture of a box with an outbound arrow whereby you have to select mail/message/icloud. I don'tknow why , if anyone can contribute an aswer as to why or is this a flaw in IOS 6.0.1 with hotmail ?????? Thanks.
