Is there any way to turn network/wifi/etc off in MBP ML before boot it very first time?

You should be able to do this in an "Extensions Off" startup.
The Mac OS X-equivalent of an "Extensions Off" boot is a "Safe Boot", which you do by holding down the shift key right after you hear the startup chime.
You may be limited in what you can accomplish in this mode.

Unplug the ethernet cable and turn your wifi off. Then it won't matter wether it's active or not.

First boot sets up a lot of services - you may have more problems down the line if you disable too much. If you are simply trying to skip the registration process there is a "send later" option in there someplace.
