iCal Recurring Events

I'm running Lion, iCal 5.0.3. It doesn't seem to be possible to set a recurring event. There is no pop-up to choose the type of recurrence.

Is there a way?

You don't have Repeat immediately following the To date?

I didn't, but I cancelled the event and re-entered it. In the new event, Repeat showed up. Thanks
