Configure postfix to resend all incoming without storing

I'm using Postfix in OSX Server 10.5.8.
Spam has overwhelmed some email accounts on this box (multiple email accounts that all goto me).

I'm sending all of the mail to google via the server admin app to copy all mail to: me@gmail. The problem is, it stores all the email on the local box. I'd rather it just forward to gmail, and not store the email locally on the box. I don't mind manually copying them off the gmail imap interface to get them back on the box.

But for now, any ideas on how to delete all incoming email after piping it to gmail?

thanks!
