MacBook with Retina Display Automatically Dims

Hi All,

I have a Macbook Pro Retina that is about 1 month old and after using the machine for about 20-30 minutes the brightness of the display is about 3 levels below the brightest setting. I turn it up to full brightness and after another 20-30 minutes its again about 3 ticks below full.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to turn it off?
