How to delete a file in Pages's My Templates?

In short,

I looked inside the "iWork '09" folder in the Application Support folder from the Library. But, the Pages manual book says that I have to go thru to Library/Application Support/iWork/Pages/Template.

The Application Support folder contains this iWork '09, but not this word "iWork."

Now, in the Library..., "iWork '09" folder has two sub-folders which are: Content and Frameworks. But, I do not see the other words for Pages and Templates in the directory.

Even, my customed filename is not in the Pages's Format/Adavanced/Manage Page...

I just want to delete my customed filename inside the templates folder. How can I find it?

iMac OS 10.8.2

I suspect you need to look in your Library folder, not your system Library folder. You want to delete a user-created template, so the file should be confined to the user's directory.

In the Finder, click on the Go menu, then hold the Option key to reveal Library so you can select it. Once your Library folder opens, navigate to Application Support/iWork/Pages/Template.

Also Apple are moving to a sandbox environment for their Apps so also within the App package there will be the Templates folder and no doubt these get over written on updates.

goto folder > and paste this
/Applications/"iWork '09"/Pages.app/Contents/Resources/Templates

and your own templates reside here......
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/iWork/Pages/Templates

In the Finder, when using Go > Go To Folder, the above path shouldn't have quotes in it, so /Applications/iWork '09/Pages.app/Contents/Resources/Templates
