Wireless antenna?

Does anyone know of any device I can use with my Mac that lets me get better reception on a wireless network? Basically, something that is going to get better reception than my MBP, and then let me access that stronger signal from the MBP?

If it matters, this is a public wireless network that I do not control and requires you to "accept" the T&C periodically to stay connected. It seems I am just barely on the fringe of connectivity and it fades in and out all the time, which is quite annoying.

Google does help with that:
http://www.google.com/search?client=...UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

but
Quickertek is a specialist company that has been around for most of the time that wireless has been available.
Here's one from them: http://www.quickertek.com/products/Q4Dual.html
or - maybe your own "enhanced" access point can help: http://www.quickertek.com/products/AntennaExpress.html
That's not quite as portable as a simple antenna booster, but might be worth looking at...
Quickertek is not the only company that does these types of wireless products, but they do a good job, and (I think) are well respected for their products.

Google can be used for pretty much anything someone is going to ask on here....I was trying to be conversational, esp. given the general lack of traffic as far as I can tell.

Quickertek...

That looks just like what I had in mind. Now I just hope it works. I'll have to check their return policy and see what they say, but from the quick look, that looks promising. Thanks for the link (:
