Mail Unexpectedly Quits
Anyone know what I can do? No luck trying to solve this one...Mail "unexpectedly quits" while trying to clear out old e-mails.

Quit Mail, then rename the mail prefs file. It is in /Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences. Next, launch Mail.

look at the crash log in console and send to Apple
Open up console. Go to CrashReporter. Look for Mail.crash.log. There you will find some information that you may be able to send Apple. Don't bother trying to understand all the cryptic jargon. Let the Apple experts figure it out for you. thx RLC |
