How to set default preview to print app
I am a new user to OS X and am still struggling to get oriented.
Recently, I was trying to preview before printing and a dialog appeared to have Acrobat be the default preview app instead of the PREVIEW app. I can find no means of restoring the original setting. How do I do this? |

I believe you can get info on any pdf, go to the Open With Application choice, select Preview.app and click "Change All".

Actually, I just ran into the same issue myself, and did "change all" for PDF files. Now PDF files open with Preview once again, but clicking "Preview" in a Print dialog still opens Acrobat. Perhaps a reboot would solve this, but...
What I'd really like is to have PDF files open from the Finder into Acrobat, with its much better interface (just needs scroll wheel support!) and have Print Preview use Preview.app for generating PDF files. I get the impression that using Preview for saving as PDF makes noticeably cleaner, if noticeably larger, PDF files. Yes, I'd like to have my cake and eat it, too.
