have you tried the search feature in these forums and on google.com? there are at least a handful of really good threads that are here already for your benefit.

Took me about a second (ok literally 5 seconds) to find this googling.

http://developer.apple.com/internet/macosx/php.html

It seems to have all the info you'll need to install PHP. You might want to zip down to the section "PHP with Apple's Developer Tool". Good info there as well..

Check out Marc Liyanage's site. He has a good PHP module, and great instructions. (though I did a bit of cross-referencing with the O'Reilly Site when I set up my machine.) You'll have to start-up Apache, sendmail etc. on your machine. Like jdhorner said, there are a bunch of threads on those topics in here. I'm sure that between Marc's site, the O'Reilly site, and the forums, you'll be able to get up and running.

When you get more specific questions, come back here and we'll be able to help.

This one is the easiest

Try here. His stuff upgrades well, one-click install, etc.

Just a word of warning though, to install his latest PHP (4.3.2) you will need Apache2. Which is working fine on my machine.

Also check out openjaguar. Installs apache, php and mysql. It's listed on apple's site.
