Network broadcasting

Hi all,

I have a MAC OS 10.2.x machine running on my Windows based Network.
In my firewall, I am seeing it sending out UDP Broadcasts to xxx.xxx.xxx.255 on many different ports. My firewall is stopping them from going anywhere. They are destined for the internal Network and not trying to go outside at all. I wil run anti virus when I can get it working (different issue) but seems like virus or trojan activity.
Anyone have any insight into this?

The ports I see mainly:
21789
51000 - 51034
49610 - 49617

All are trying to get to port 2222

Thanks,

Jay

Microsoft Office?

You wouldn't happen to have Microsoft Office installed on your Mac would you?

Yep,

I should have known it would come back to Microsoft

I have already set up Brickhouse to stop the broadcasting.

Thanks, Now I know for sure I'm not losing it!

Thanks again.
