dock is gone

hi,

i just updated to 10.2.8 and i guess transparnet dock 2.0.2 isn't compatiable with it. when i restarted after applying the 10.2.8 update, i noticed my dock wasn't transparent any longer, so i tried to use transparnet dock and now i have no dock.

i trashed the dock prefs and tried to start the dock.app manually, but no luck. unfortnately, i didn't back up my dock before applying transparent dock.

what can i do to get my dock back?
