Mozilla: Cycle Tabs/Cycle Windows Keyboard Shortcut?

Does anybody know if there is a keyboard shortcut for cycling through open browser windows and cycling through open browser tabs in Mozilla?

(I like to have keyboard shortcuts for _everything_ -- you're so much faster than with the mouse...)

BTW: From time to time Mozilla crashes, when I rapidly close to many windows one after the other using Command-W. Anybody else experienced the same problem?
I'm using Mozilla 0.9.9 and X.1.3 on a TiBook 500.
