Yosemite Calendar: change number of days in week view

You used to be able to do this:

http://www.cultofmac.com/187291/show...dar-os-x-tips/

to change the number of days shown in Week view (and not just to the 5 or 7 in Calendar's preferences). Doesn't work any more in Yosemite, anyone have a tip?

  1. Quit Calendar. (Don't expect to be able to change an application's defaults while it's running.)
  2. Enter the Terminal command:

defaults write com.apple.iCal "n days of week" 14

    (adjusting the number as desired.)
  3. Re-launch Calendar.
To set the number back to 5 or 7, use the above method, or more simply go to Calendar→Preferences and change the number of days in the popup menu. No need to quit/re-launch if you use Preferences.
