Trouble with Safari

I've had intermittent trouble with Safari since I got my new 2012 Mini.

Occasionally, when I click a bookmark or type a URL, I will get the "blue progress flash", which will complete, but the previous page will still be displayed. Refreshing the page will yield similar results, until it eventually decides to display the new page.
Sometimes, it will only render the page if I scroll slightly. However, if I move the cursor round the blank page, I can see URLs of links appearing in the Status bar, as I pass over them.

I've tried using the Disable cache setting in the Develop menu.

Any thoughts? Quitting and Relaunching often fixes it.
