Safari 6 and the Progress Bar Color

Hi there, anyone achieved to change the progressbar or Adress bar color while loading the Page? I already changed the resource files, but they do not perform any change

I haven't done it myself, but there are a couple of points I'll note.
  • You'll need to quit and relaunch Safari for any change to appear (I don't believe a machine restart is needed). Figured I'd note that just in case.
  • I believe for Lion or Mountain Lion you'll need to edit the retina-ready resources (so ProgressFillCapLeft@2x.png rather than ProgressFillCapLeft.png). I say this because I modify the active tab resources, and even though I'm running a non-retina machine I had to modify the retina graphics.
  • If you succeed, make certain to keep a backup copy of the modified resources, otherwise you'll have to re-create them whenever there is a Safari update.
