Contacts app hates my carddav

Hi all, just upgraded to 10.8. Obviously, there's a few bugs.

Here's one I get in Contacts.app:

The operation couldn’t be completed. (CoreDAVHTTPStatusErrorDomain error 409.)

I have a carddav account on a Zimbra server. It used to work on 10.7, now it won't connect, I get the above error. Any thoughts?
