Irene MVP Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Tucson, Arizona Posts: 1,124	iPad screen brightens while it is asleep. If my iPad is near my bed during the night it lights up the room, presumably due to Notification alerts. I have it in a leather case with a cover, not the Apple magic cover. Is there a way other than powering it off, to avoid this?
