Lion: Disable shutdown warning while sharing

Hi All,
Has anybody come across a preference/plist that can disable the shutdown warning when a user is connected to Mac OS X 10.7.4 Client that has another client connected to it's shared folder?

I have a Mac Mini sharing a bunch of folders that has a shutdown/startup schedule set. I don't care if the clients loose this connection when this happens. However the Mac Mini never shuts down as a warning is presented saying that clients are connected.
