Unhappy formatted disk in Bootcamp, now can't start Mac

Please help. I was trying to install windows using bootcamp and was told to format a disk of roughly 100GB which is larger than the windows partition. I wrongly did that and now I can't start the MAC. I've got a lot of important files and I have no backup...

I used another mac and firewire connection trying to copy all files. But I only saw the windows partition (roughly 100GB) and couldn't see the MAC partition. What do I do?

Thanks a lot!
