Change colours in iTunes 10.6.3?

I'd like to escape the grey icons in the iTunes 10.6.3 Sidebar Playlists etc., and restore some colour.
There used to be a workaround for this in older versions of iTunes 10, but when I tried to use them on the latest version, I lost the traffic lights at the top of iTunes and the text at the bottom (150 songs, 5:20:35 total time etc) started behaving crazily.
Can anyone recommend a way of adding colour? I've reinstalled 10.6.3.
