Mail.app & mailbox confusion.
In Mail, I have an iCloud account and a business account.
In iCloud, I have: Deleted Messages Deleted messages (myemail@mac.com) Deleted Messages (Mac) then... Junk Junk Email then... Sent Sent Items Sent Messages (.Mac) Sent Messages (Mac) My business account then has: Junk Junk Email then... Sent Sent Items Sent Mail I have never created all these boxes with such apparently similar names/functions, so my question is this: Why are there so many apparently duplicate function mailboxes and how can I simplify the structure permanently, without losing any of the contents? TIA!
