Arrow => Help me to recover partition map :'(

Hello

I have a MBP with lion on it (500GB).
I have resized the apple partition to leave 100GB free space for XP.
I restart, press the alt key to boot on XP CDROM and start to install XP.
At the next restart, my Lion boot item disappears !!

What can I do to restore it ?

Many thanks

Ideally you use BootCamp program to do the partitioning and installation.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4818

However BootCamp 4 (Lion Version) does not support XP.

3. Which versions of Windows work with Boot Camp 4.0?
"You can use Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, or Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate with Boot Camp 4.0. Windows XP and Windows Vista are not supported with Boot Camp 4.0"

I would just virtualise XP in Virtual Box(free), VMware or Parallels.
