Acer One Notebook and iPod

Is there a way to use an iPod with an Acer notebook. My wife's daughter loves her iPod but wants to load music, buy music, manage her iPod library using her Acer One Notebook. I do not think iTunes will work with her Acer Windows 7 so what are her options.

How do folks manage an iPod if they do not own a Mac?

Your opinion about iTunes for Windows is incorrect.
You may download and install the Windows version of iTunes.

Look for the "Get iTunes for Windows" link
If the Acer has a 64-bit version of Win7, then there's a separate iTunes install for 64-bit Windows 7, too.
