Firewall keeps on blocking incoming connections

Hello

I'm running a server application ("stunserver") in my Mac mini G4 with Mac OS 10.5.8,

However, though I've set the Firewall to allow all incoming connections for that server application, Mac OS still keeps on blocking it. Here's the Firewall log:

Code:
May 1 13:30:37 haans-grubers-QuickSilver-G4 Firewall[765]: Deny stunserver data in from 85.105.206.193:17570 uid = 0 proto=17
May 1 13:30:38: --- last message repeated 9 times ---
May 1 13:30:38 haans-grubers-QuickSilver-G4 Firewall[765]: Deny stunserver data in from 78.172.78.240:5060 uid = 0 proto=17
May 1 13:31:08: --- last message repeated 13 times ---
May 1 13:54:44 haans-grubers-QuickSilver-G4 Firewall[891]: Deny stunserver data in from 85.105.206.193:17569 uid = 0 proto=17
May 1 13:54:45: --- last message repeated 9 times ---
May 1 13:54:45 haans-grubers-QuickSilver-G4 Firewall[891]: Deny stunserver data in from 85.105.206.193:17570 uid = 0 proto=17
May 1 13:54:46: --- last message repeated 9 times ---
May 1 13:54:46 haans-grubers-QuickSilver-G4 Firewall[891]: Deny stunserver data in from 78.172.78.240:5060 uid = 0 proto=17
May 1 13:55:16: --- last message repeated 13 times ---
to make it allow the incoming connections, I restart the server application and re edit the Firewall settings to get this dialog box:

which says something like "do you want the stunserver application to allow the incoming connection requests? deny / allow"
and I have to press "allow" to allow really Firewall to allow it.

But, I've already set that server application to allow in Firewall settings, so it's not supposed to ask that again. I want the Mac OS and Firewall to always accept incoming connections for stunserver without asking it with a dialog box. How to do it? Thanks.

The same problem was encountered before even on 10.6.3, and solutions are offered and discussed here
