How to start dns bind at startup on OS X Lion

I am running Webmin and was able to install and configure Bind server without issue, but I have to manually start the bind server within Webmin anytime the machine needs to be restarted for updates and after maintenance. I found an article online at macshadows that is for 10.5 or older.

As seen on that webpage...

launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.isc.named.plist
echo "launchctl start org.isc.named" >> /etc/launchd.conf

The following is pasted from the terminal(xx's masking sensitive server info):

xx2:~ xxxxxxxx$ launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.isc.named.plist
xx2:~ xxxxxxxx$ echo "launchctl start org.isc.named" >> /etc/launchd.conf
-bash: /etc/launchd.conf: Permission denied

I tried "sudo echo "launchctl start org.isc.named" >> /etc/launchd.conf" with the same results

Any assistance is appreciated
