Flash Player alternatives for iPad
Big negative that iPad will not support Flash. You run into this limitation all the time. I bought my wife an iPad2 64 GB for XMAS. Personally I think it is a pretty useless device with too many negatives and too expensive for a notebook type web device.
Anyway is there any thing out there that will allow you to play flash material using Safari on the iPad. I found on the web a browser called Photon Flash Player Browser that says it will play flash content, but that means adding another browser app to the iPad. Does it work? http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo...430200224?mt=8 Comments? |

No. Flash is a plugin and mobile Safari does not allow any plugins. You will have to use one of the available apps for playing Flash on an iPad. |

This sounds suspiciously like an advertisement for the referenced app, complete with a convenient link to the app itself. If Bob really wanted to know whether or not it works, he wouldn't ask us. He would read the reviews in the App Store. Let this thread die.
