Safari crashes every time I open it

I've been experiencing a big problem with Safari, in that it crashes about 14 seconds after I open the application every time I attempt to open it. I haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary lately or downloaded anything suspicious. I've poked around in the forums and have so far tried the following things with no success.
-Restarting the computer
-Verify the disk using the Disk Utility
-Moving all the items from Library/Caches into the trash and attempting to run safari
-Moving all the items from Library/Internet Plug-Ins to the trash and attempting to run safari

No luck so far. Any thoughts?

As a diagnostic step, try logging in as a different user (account) and see if the problem exists there.
If not, the problem is likely with your Safari preferences or bookmarks, etc.
