iMac lion Mail - Search in Google not using default browser
Searching around the web no one has a solution for this question. When in Mail on the iMac Lion using "Search with Goggle", Safari always launches.
I want Firefox to launch. Firefox is set to my default browser in Safari. How do you make this work? |

The Search with Google option that you're seeing launches Safari because it's actually a Service which is specific to Safari (which is why it doesn't honor your default browser setting). What you'll want to do is disable this built-in Service and create a new one which will then use whatever browser you have set as your default. It's simple enough to do all of that using these instructions.
