This data was released by comscore and according to the stats apple ipad Grabs 89% of of the global tablet PC web traffic and 97% of the US tablet web traffic.

Showing that BOGOF Android sales don't necessarily translate into using Android phones as a smartphone.

Which, considering it's reasonable to assume those people are paying for data they aren't using, Android is a really bad deal...
