Time Machine Issues in Lion

I upgraded to Lion over the weekend and I set up Time Machine to back up to my external drive, which it did not problem. But yesterday I got a message that my drive was full. I opened up TM preferences and saw the error, I then entered TM and all I saw was 3 backups and lots of black windows behind them. The drive works perfect and shows 205gb of used space but none of my Snow Leopard backups.

What gives?
