safari 5.1 unpinch zoom text only?

Hi everyone,

Since upgrading to Lion from Snow Leopard, I've noticed that using the trackpad to zoom in safari zooms in differently than before. Previously, unpinch-to-zoom used to zoom text only, thus maintaining the overall arrangement of the website and not making me have to scroll sideways to read. Does anyone have a hint to re-enable this with the trackpad?

Currently, I can zoom text only by hitting command-plus but I'd love to be able to only use my trackpad for this like before.
