How can I watch YouTube videos on my iPad?
I can't seem to watch YouTube videos on my iPad. It always comes up and says can't read video format.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks Peter |

Use the built-in YouTube app, instead of Safari (or any other browser).

You Tube
My iPad did not come preloaded with YouTube as did my iPhone. I can't seem to find a plain 'vanilla' youtube application in the app store

Look again... i don't see how it could be missing, and it's *not* possible for us to delete it either.
Try stronger reading glasses  , or use the search feature on "page one". [all iPads come with YouTube]

Sorry I didn't see the app. Unfortunately, it was buried in one of my other apps and as expected it works fine.

No problems on my ipad. Just is slow I would have to wait for it to buffer up and sometimes takes 6 mins to view a 3 min clip.

I am having problems viewing Youtube videos on my iPad. If I go to the YouTube app and click on any video, it takes a while and then comes up with message, File Format not supported

I woke up this morning and on the same network, same iPad, all Youtube videos viewed under the Youtube app, worked fine. I have no idea

These technical glitches happens some time and sometimes beyond our understanding.
