Restore with time machine

Hi,

I've had 2 partitions (system and data) on my disk that I backuped with time machine. Now I replaced my old disk by a bigger one. My goal is to restore my 2 partitions on my new disk. I don't mind if I have to restore to only one partition instead of 2, all I want is to restore everything... So far time machine only restored my system partition on my new disk and took all the space eventhough my system partition was originaly only of 35Go. Hope someone knows how to handle the backup/restore with 2 partitions.

thanks
