Powerpoint Hyperlink

If you create a hyperlink to a file in powerpoint and click the link in presentation, a window pops up asking you "Are you sure you want to run this file. it may contain viruses...." Is there a way to prevent this window from popping up for the presentations I created? Can I use a trusted folder or a script or something like that so that powerpoint will run the linked file in that folder without nagging me with such prompts?

Am using Office 2008 Mac
