Shockwave Flash Problem

MAC Mini OS 10.4.7 - Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) - Shockwave Flash 9.0 r28

Anyone care to venture why - when visting this site www.jacquielawson.com/ the flash animations WILL NOT play on either of my "standard" User Accounts but will play when using my "Admin" account? In addition, my Standard User Accounts display flash on other sites without a problem. Have also used several other browsers with the same results - everything is fine if logged on using my Admin Account, problem (only with this site, apparently) occurs only with the Standard User Accounts. Have trashed Flash prefs and reinstalled 9.0 r28
