Question Viewing connected network users

This seems fairly straightforward, but I've been unable to find a simple way to do this. In Panther, how do I view connected network users? i.e. when file sharing is enabled, is there a place where network connections are listed? In OS 9, this used to be in the control strip (Users and Groups).

I even tried looking through the console/system logs, but couldn't find this info. I am running 10.3.5 on an iBook G4 that's connected to a wireless network.

Thanks for the help.
