Static IP

Hi Guys
New to this thread and to Airport Extreme 'n'
Thought this would be so so easy as had been using a Netgear router before hand and port forwarding was a synch, but this has left me very confused and irritated!
I really need some help with using the Extreme with Azureus. I've searched but can't seem to find a BEGINNERS guide to creating a STATIC IP address and then port forwarding in Extreme.

If someone could please please help me (with screenshots of the EXTREME "n' (New one))

Any help very much appreciated.
Thanks

Not having a new airport, I can't really walk you through the steps, but have you looked into http://www.apple.com/support/ ?
