Keyboard shortcut for Applescript in Library folder

I've got an Applescript in ~/Library/Scripts, so it shows up in the Scripts menu in the menu bar. Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut for this script?

Try FastScripts (Lite or Full version). Google should turn up the link.
